Full Refund Minus Processing Fees—More than 30 days’ notice prior to the first day of the event
50 Percent Refund—Less than 30 days’ and more than 2 weeks' notice prior to the first day of the event.
No Refund—Within two weeks prior to the first day of the event.
Extenuating CircumstancesRegistrants may be eligible for a full refund minus $4.95 in processing fees if unable to attend the event due to a family death, illness or other extraordinary circumstance. The determination will be made by the ASGW Board.
Substitution PolicyRegistrants may transfer their registration for another person to attend in lieu of requesting a refund.
